If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

How do I track an Order?
Don't worry, we got you! You'll be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please make sure to allow emails from us and check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking number within 1 business day after placing your order.
Additional Charges for Refused Packages or Incorrect Addresses
We are very upfront about any fees that can occur and although they are very rare there are a few instances. For example:
If your package is marked as undeliverable or return to sender, there will be a reshipping fee required if you still want your order. In refused or undeliverable cases, if you do not want to pay for a reshipment there is a restocking fee equivalent to the original shipping fee deducted from any refund.
We love you and we know that you know your address better than we do! Please check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We want you to get your products quickly and without issues! Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address the same fees as Undeliverable orders apply. If an order is not returned and delivered to an incorrectly entered address, Dolotrex is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
