By completing your purchase on our site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that some of the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

The process is easy!

• If you are not satisfied with any of our fine natural products, please contact us by email or Facebook Messenger with your order number and reason for return.
• Then kindly return the unused portion of the product to:

• Please use a shipping method with a tracking number to be sure product gets delivered back to us. 
• As long as we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY 

At dolotrex, we know how important your order is. We aim to make the shopping process as easy and delightful as possible and deliver sweet relief to you quickly. 

Processing times:

We process orders within 1 business day Monday-Friday. For example if you place your order Monday, it would ship out Tuesday, but if you place your order Friday it won't ship out until Monday. Just so you know, orders placed before 11 AM PST usually get processed same day Monday - Friday. 

Delivery Times: 

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees on shipping for any method other than FedEx Express. 

When will I receive my order?

Your order should arrive within 2 - 7 business days with Standard and Free Standard Shipping. Of course, these are estimates. See below for estimates by region.

How do I track an Order? 

Don't worry, we got you! You'll be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please make sure to allow emails from us and check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking number within 1 business day after placing your order. 

Additional Charges for Refused Packages or Incorrect Addresses

We are very upfront about any fees that can occur and although they are very rare there are a few instances. For example: 

Undeliverable packages: 

If your package is marked as undeliverable or return to sender, there will be a reshipping fee required if you still want your order. In refused or undeliverable cases, if you do not want to pay for a reshipment there is a restocking fee equivalent to the original shipping fee deducted from any refund.

Incorrect address: 

We love you and we know that you know your address better than we do! Please check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We want you to get your products quickly and without issues! Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address the same fees as Undeliverable orders apply. If an order is not returned and delivered to an incorrectly entered address, Dolotrex is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
